When using our Application, you may perform financial transactions using your debit or credit cards through third-party payment gateway that is integrated with our Application, or via payment URLs that are sent as invoice messages to your mobile number. We may collect certain data to help in identifying the financial transactions, which may include, but is not limited to:

- Transaction tracking number / ID

- Payment ID

- Acquirer ID

- Response code and message

- Payment type and method

We may not under any circumstance collect or store data relating to the cards used in the transactions, which include:

- Card Number

- Expiry Date

- PIN Code

A. Analysis

Noor Integrated Technology Solutions Company (NITS) uses the collected data for various analysis purposes, such as:

- To provide and maintain the Application

- To notify you about changes to our Application

- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Application when you choose to do so

- To provide customer care and support

- To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Application

- To monitor the usage of the Application

- To detect, prevent and address technical issues

B. Communications

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that help you with the use of the Application.

C. Payment Processing

We use information of your bank direct debit card or credit cards (include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express), which were collected through a secure electronic payment gateway during your payments of the Application subscription or processing fees. This information is used to reimburse you for any duplicated collection of fees, which could have been resulted due to technical errors. The information may be handled by staff who engaged in, among other things, the processing of your payment details. By submitting your card details during the online payment of fees, you agree to our use of this information to the transfer your reimbursements to the exact bank card number, regardless of who the cardholder might be. It is not of our responsibilities to verifies the correctness nor the ownership of the cardholders, or the associated accountholders. The information and practices of any banks which are involved in the transfer of payments are governed by the back own privacy policies, and are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, region, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Application. Google Analytics is one of the analytics tools that is used to analyze and monitor the use of our Application. Firebase is another tool that is used for Application analytics; Firebase is a mobile backend-as-a-service (BaaS) that is offered by Google which three core services: a real-time database, user authentication and hosting. C. User-authentication Toolkits

We may use third-party Service Providers to deploy tools that help you to quickly and easily register and sign in into our Application using your phone number. First method calls your phone number in the authentication process. This method is assisted by third-party APIs and services provided by Sinch. The second method deploy unique temporary One-Time-Password (OPT) as credentials, and it include SMS sending features to your number. For this purpose, our Application uses Programmable Messaging API, which is powered by Twilio. D. Social-networks Toolkits

We may use third-party social-network as Service Providers, including Facebook, Google, and Twitter, to facilitate registration and sign in to our Application.  If you choose to utilize social-network login, there is no Personal Information, or any other data that you previously provided to such social networks, are collected by our Application. The Personal Information that are used by these social networks is subject to their own privacy policies, terms, and conditions.

E. Communication Toolkits

We may use third-party Service Providers to communicate with users via emails, SMS, and/or WhatsApp messages. We may use third-party Service Providers to implement certain features in our application. The Application uses a software development toolkit (SDK) that is owned and developed by Cognex Corporation in order to provide barcode scanning capabilities. Personalized Advertising:

We may deploy AdMob advertising in some or all part of our Application. AdMob are advertising services that are provided by Google, which may collect information and usage data for the purpose of ad serving; This data might be shared with other Google services, in which Google may use to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Our Application may allow you to share information with us that you have already provided to a third-party social networking platform, and our Application may link you for other internet services.
